Each capsule contains 181.48 mg of organic Reishi powder (Ganoderma lucidum), 190 mg of organic Shiitake powder (Lentinula edodes), 200 mg of organic Maitake powder (Grifola frondosa), 230 mg of organic Oyster powder (Pleurotus ostreatus), 230 mg of organic King Oyster powder (Pleurotus eryngii), 12 mg of Vitamin C (from Malpighia glabra) and 20 μg of Vitamin D (from Cladonia rangiferina). 100% vegetable capsules.
